Microsoft might soon dispatch another and reasonable cell phone called Lumia 640. The handset was as of late endorsed by Brazil's Anatel - the nation's National Telecommunication Agency - which uncovered the cell phone's name, as well as some of its peculiarities.
The Lumia 640 will offer HSDPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, double SIM capacities, help for computerized TV (which is by all accounts truly famous in Brazil), and a 2500 mAh battery. We don't know whether the handset will run Windows Phone 8.1, or Windows 10 at dispatch.
